Detail Engineering
The technical boundaries are established, and the main integration is complete. The design input is final and ready for detailed engineering.
This phase always begins with Pre-engineering, which can also start during the ‘Final Design’ phase if sufficient information is available and can enhance the integration process. Pre-engineering is crucial for developing Detailed drawings that meet design specifications and production standards. These drawings are thoroughly reviewed for compliance with relevant standards and budget considerations and must be approved by the designer before proceeding to the Assembly drawings.
Assembly drawings are typically produced in 2D to provide a clear, detailed view of the design. 3D support is available if needed and can be combined with our 3D printing service for rapid prototyping. For crew assembly, we can provide 3D drawings using the Top Solid Wood (TSW) software, enhancing the accuracy and clarity of the production process.
Mock-up drawings are not always part of the standard process, those can be provided if mock-ups are included in the project.
